EXPERIENCE

Formerly with the credit department of a national bank in San Antonio, John continued his undergraduate interest in finance through law school and focused his course work on creditor and transactional issues at the University of Texas at Austin. John began his practice in 1991, at the close of the savings and loan crisis, where he represented the Resolution Trust Corporation in its enforcement and collection actions. John’s practice currently consists of commercial litigation, with a specific focus on creditor’s rights and collection litigation matters.
